Submit a Funding Proposal at University Park

Student organizations are funded through the University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC), which receives its annual allocation from the Student Fee Board.

Visit the UPAC website for information about how recognized student organizations may receive funding.

Submit your FY 26-27 New Funding Proposal Request using the form above. New Funding Proposal Requests are due no later than December 6, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST.

If your application is accepted you will receive further instructions directly from the Student Fee Board Chair.

• Standing Funding Appropriation Proposal Request

Units that are funded annually after approved funding from the UPFB are considered standing funding appropriations.

Budget submissions for standing funding appropriations for FY 26-27 are due no later than December 6, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
